No Effect on Other Agreements. No provision of this Agreement shall be construed so as to negate, modify or affect in any way the provisions of any other agreement between the parties unless specifically referred to, and solely to the extent provided, in any such other agreement.
No Effect on Other Agreements. No provision of this ----------------------------- Agreement shall be construed so as to negate, modify or affect in any way the provisions of any other agreement among any of AMD Inc., AMD Holding and AMD Saxonia except as specifically provided in any such other agreement.
No Effect on Other Agreements. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted or relied upon as a basis to amend, modify, accelerate or defer, or otherwise change any contributions to or payments that may be due from any other plan or arrangement that are deferred compensation subject to section 409A of the Code.
No Effect on Other Agreements. Nothing contained in this Executive Employment Agreement shall be deemed to affect any of the rights, or obligations of either party set forth in any other agreement with the Company to which either party is a signatory.
No Effect on Other Agreements. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, no provision of this Agreement shall be construed to have any effect upon, or to otherwise limit, any indemnification obligation or other provision contained in the Services Agreement and the Company Partnership Agreement.
No Effect on Other Agreements. This Agreement does not affect or supersede (a) the General Release and Covenant Not to Sxx between the Parties dated as of June 30, 2004, which shall continue to be effective, or (b) any of the Parties’ respective post-employment covenants or obligations expressed or referred to in the Employment Agreement, which shall continue to be effective.
No Effect on Other Agreements. No provision of this Agreement shall be construed so as to negate, modify or affect in any way the provisions of any other agreement between AMD Inc. and AMD Holding except as specifically provided in any such other agreement.
No Effect on Other Agreements. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be deemed to amend, alter, modify, or have any effect whatsoever on any of the terms and conditions of any other written agreement between the Parties entered into prior to the Effective Date that pertains to subject matter different from the subject matter of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be used to construe or interpret any other written agreement between the Parties. By way of example only, and without limitation, nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be deemed to amend, alter, modify, or have any effect on (i) that certain Confidentiality Agreement that was entered into by and between the Parties with respect to the settlement discussions that preceded this Agreement, and (ii) [**************].
No Effect on Other Agreements. Nothing in this agreement shall abridge or negate any other warranties contained in any other agreements concerning the procurement of components or services by CLIENT in connection with the work performed herein.
No Effect on Other Agreements. Nothing in this Agreement changes ownership of the B Dams. See Recitals F, G, and H. Nothing in this Agreement amends existing contracts and agreements, including regarding North Poudre’s operation of the B Dams. See Recitals I, J, and K.
