No Duty to Mitigate Damages. After any Date of Termination, the Employee shall have no obligation to seek other employment, but shall have the right to be otherwise employed, and any compensation of any type whatsoever received by the Employee in connection with such employment shall not be offset by the Company against any of the obligations of the Company under this Agreement.
