The Calculation Agent shall have no duty or obligation to verify or confirm the accuracy of any of the information or numbers set forth in the Monthly Data File delivered by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.8 hereof, and the Calculation Agent shall be fully protected in relying upon such Monthly Data File.
