No Duplicating or Pyramiding of Overtime. Overtime premiums will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal workweek or as hours worked for which the overtime premium is paid.

No Duplicating or Pyramiding of Overtime. Overtime shall be based on the Employee’s regular rate of pay and there shall not be pyramiding of overtime or duplication of hours for purposes of daily and bi-weekly overtime.

  • Overtime Premium and No Pyramiding Subject to any superior conditions, the overtime rate shall be time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's straight-time hourly rate. Where an employee is required to work additional overtime contiguous to an overtime shift within a twenty-four (24) hour period, the employee will be compensated at the rate of double time his or her straight time hourly rate for all additional contiguous overtime hours worked. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid.

  • Sharing of Overtime Overtime work shall be allocated equitably to qualified employees considering their availability and location.

  • No Pyramiding Compensation shall not be paid more than once for the same hours under any provision of this Article or Agreement.

  • Recording of Overtime Employees shall record starting and finishing times for overtime worked in a form determined by the Employer.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • Allocation of Overtime Subject to the operational requirements of the service, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort:

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.
