NO DURESS The Borrower has freely and voluntarily entered into this Letter Agreement after an adequate opportunity to review and discuss the terms and conditions and all factual and legal matters relevant hereto with counsel freely and independently chosen by it and this Letter Agreement is being executed without fraud, duress, undue influence or coercion of any kind or nature whatsoever having been exerted by or imposed upon any party.
No Delay Work requiring correction shall be corrected immediately and shall be carried out in such a way not to delay the completion of the Project. If it is not feasible to correct said work immediately, the corrective work shall be done on a schedule acceptable to the Owner.
No Duplication The remedies provided in this Article 8 shall not be duplicative of any remedy available under the indemnification provisions of the Purchase Agreement.
No Damages for Delays Notwithstanding any other provision of this contract, Engineer shall not be entitled to claim or receive any compensation as a result of or arising out of any delay, hindrance, disruption, force majeure, impact or interference, foreseen or unforeseen.
No Damages for Delay The Contractor has no claim for monetary damages for delay or hindrances to the Work from any cause, including without limitation any act or omission of the Owner.

NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS 13.01 In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the life of this agreement, there will be no strike, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and the Corporation agrees that there will be no lockout.
NO STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS 5.01 The Union agrees there will be no strikes and the Employer agrees there will be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The term "strike" and "lockout" shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
No Limitation The representations and warranties set forth in this Section are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other representations or warranties provided by Grantee.
