No Discrimination. 5.01 The Employer and the Association agree that there will be no discrimination, interference, intimidation, restriction or coercion exercised or practised by any of their representatives with respect to any nurse because of her membership or non- membership in the Association, activity or lack of activity on behalf of the Association or by reason of exercising her rights under the collective agreement or any applicable legislation.
