NO DISCRIMINATION OR INTERFERENCE. 4.01 The Employer agrees that there will be no interference with the rights of the employees to become members of the Association and there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint or coercion by the Employer or any of its representatives with respect to any employee because of his/her membership in or connection with the Association.
