Common use of NO DISCRIMINATION/HARASSMENT Clause in Contracts

NO DISCRIMINATION/HARASSMENT. 14.01 The Company and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination, interference, coercion, intimidation or harassment practised by either of them or their representatives or officials because of an employee's proper union activity or lack of union activity.
