Deposit Requirements Funds may be deposited to any account in any manner approved by the Credit Union in accordance with the requirements set forth in the “Rate Addendum and Schedule of Fees and Charges.” All accounts are non- assignable and nonnegotiable to third parties. Certificate accounts are governed by the terms of this Agreement, the terms of the “Rate Addendum and Schedule of Fees and Charges,” and the terms and disclosures on your certificate account receipt for each account, which is incorporated herein by this reference.
MARGINS AND DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS 8.1 Customer shall provide to and maintain with AvaTrade margin in such amounts and in such forms as AvaTrade, in its sole discretion, may require.
Insurance Required The Engineer shall secure the insurance specified below. The insurance shall be issued by insurance company(s) acceptable to the City and may be in a policy or policies of insurance, primary or excess. Certificates of all required insurance including any policy endorsements shall be provided to the City prior to or upon the execution of this Agreement.
BIDDING DEPOSIT Subject to Clause 5.1 below, all intending bidders shall deposit with the Auctioneer, prior to the auction sale, a bank draft or cashier’s order drawn in favour of AmBank (M) Berhad for the a/c of IKHMAS JAYA SDN BHD, a Bidding Deposit equivalent to ten per cent (10%) of the Reserve Price or a minimum of RM2,000.00 whichever is higher. Online Bidders are subject to the provisions of Clause(s) 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6 of the Terms and Conditions on xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx for the manner of payment of the deposit.
Credit Requirements The amount to be secured by the User from [date] is set out in the Secured Amount Statement issued from time to time and as varied from time to time in accordance with Section 2 of the CUSC.
OTHER AUDIT REQUIREMENTS (NOTE: This part would be used to specify any additional audit requirements imposed by the State awarding entity that are solely a matter of that State awarding entity’s policy (i.e., the audit is not required by Federal or State laws and is not in conflict with other Federal or State audit requirements). NOTIFICATION OF PRE-AUTHORIZED DEPOSITS If You have arranged to have direct deposits made to Your Account at least once every 60 days (from Your employer, the Federal government or other payor), You can call Us at the telephone number shown in this Agreement to find out whether or not the deposit has been made.
WITHDRAWALS AND DEPOSITS Unless You have made other arrangements with Us, amounts credited to Your Account as a result of deposits using the Debit Card will not be available for withdrawal until the deposits are verified and negotiable items such as cheques are paid. Withdrawals or transfers effected by the use of the Debit Card will be debited to Your Account at the time they are made. You will not deposit any coins or worthless, counterfeit or fraudulent items to Your Account, into any ATM, or using Your Mobile Device, and will pay to Us any damages, costs or losses suffered by Us as a result of any such deposit.
Single Audit Requirements If Subrecipient expends $750,000 or more in Federal Awards during Subrecipient’s fiscal year, Subrecipient shall procure or arrange for a single or program-specific audit conducted for that year in accordance with the provisions of Subpart F-Audit Requirements of the Uniform Guidance, issued pursuant to the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996, (31 U.S.C. 7501-7507). 2 CFR §200.501.
Reservation Deposit Payment of a deposit secures your reservations. Dates are not held without a reservation deposit. The balance of your reservation fee is due no later than 21 business days prior to your requested reservations. If the balance is not paid in full before that date, your request will be forfeited, and deposit refunded.
