No Damages for Delay. In the event of any delay as set forth in Section (b) herein, the Contractor may be entitled to an extension of the Contract Time only, and shall not be entitled to any additional payment on account of such delay. Without limiting the foregoing, except as otherwise specifically provided under Article 29, the Contractor shall not be entitled to payment or compensation of any kind from the Owner for direct, indirect or impact damages, including but not limited to costs of acceleration or extended home office overhead arising because of hindrance or delay from any cause whatsoever, whether such hindrances or delays be reasonable or unreasonable, foreseeable or unforeseeable, or avoidable or unavoidable.
