Common use of No Credit Clause in Contracts

No Credit. Trustor shall not claim, demand or be entitled to receive any credit or credits towards the satisfaction of this Deed of Trust or on any interest payable thereon for any taxes assessed against the Trust Property or any part thereof, and shall not claim any deduction from the taxable value of the Trust Property by reason of this Deed of Trust.
