No Contractual Relationship. Nothing contained in this Contract creates a contractual relationship between the Owner and any person or entity other than the CM/GC. However, the Owner and CM/GC agree that the Owner is an intended and express third-party beneficiary of all contracts for construction services and all subcontracts, purchase orders, and other agreements between the CM/GC and third parties in connection with the Project or the Work.

The Contract Documents shall not be construed to create a contractual relationship of any kind (a) between PRIFA's Representative and the Contractor, (b) between PRIFA and any Subcontractor, or (c) between any persons or entities other than PRIFA and the Contractor, except as specifically set forth in the Contract. The Contractor understands and agrees that the Engineer's obligations are to PRIFA and, by performing those obligations properly, the Engineer may increase the burdens and expenses of the Contractor, its Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors, or sureties of any of them.
No Contractual Relationship. The Parties acknowledge that no contractual relationship of any sort whatsoever as between the Company and any person employed or engaged by the Association to form part of any Scouting Team arises by virtue of the Executed Acceptance Contract, and that nothing contained in the Executed Acceptance Contract will be interpreted or deemed to constitute any employment or contractual relationship as between such persons and the Company.
