Common use of No Contractual Obligation Clause in Contracts

No Contractual Obligation. Nothing contained in the Plan shall be construed to impose any obligation on the Company to (i) retain any person in the employ of the Company or to continue without modification the terms or conditions of any such employment or (ii) pay any incentive compensation under the Plan or otherwise to any executive of the Company unless and until any such incentive pay and the amount thereof shall have first been authorized by the Compensation Committee.
