Common use of No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. Employee understands and agrees that Employee would not receive the severance pay described in Paragraph 2 above except for Employee’s timely execution of this Agreement and fulfillment of the promises and commitments contained herein.

No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. Employee understands and agrees that Employee she is not otherwise entitled to the Severance Benefits and thus would not receive the severance pay described in Paragraph 2 above this Severance Benefits, except for Employee’s timely her execution of this General Release and Agreement and the fulfillment of the promises and commitments contained hereinin it.
