No Conflicting Terms. Except for Ordering Information, any terms and conditions contained in a Purchase Order or in Corium’s quotation or order acknowledgment forms that are inconsistent with or in addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the Supply Terms) are hereby rejected by Corium and will be deemed null and of no effect.
No Conflicting Terms. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and any other documents regarding the subject matter of this Agreement or the services, products or Information you access, acquire or receive through the BCI Sites, then the provisions of this Agreement govern, whether other documents are prior to or after this Agreement, or are signed or acknowledged by any director, officer, employee, representative or agent of BCI.
No Conflicting Terms. Except as set forth in Section 13.0, in the case of any conflict between this LICENSE and any other document provided by Pangaea, this LICENSE shall govern, whether such other document was prepared prior to or subsequent to this LICENSE, or signed or acknowledged by any director, officer, employee, representative or agent of Pangaea.

No Conflicting Terms. The terms and conditions of this Supply Agreement shall be controlling over any conflicting terms and conditions stated in SutroVax’s purchase order or Sutro’s invoice, confirmation or other standardized document. Any purchase order, order acknowledgement, invoice, proposal or other document which conflicts with or adds to the terms and conditions of this Supply Agreement with respect to the Manufacture and supply of Product for the Territory is hereby rejected, unless the Parties mutually agree to the contrary in writing.
No Conflicting Terms. No Conflicting Terms. In ordering and invoicing hereunder, Aurora and Continental may use their standard forms, but no terms or conditions stated in any such forms will apply or otherwise be construed to amend, modify, or add to the terms of this Agreement.
No Conflicting Terms. Any terms in Supplier’s quote or any other documentation related to a Purchase Order that are in addition to or conflict with the terms and conditions of this Agreement will be null and void.
