No Commissions. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is a party to any contract, agreement or understanding with any person (other than as contemplated by this Agreement or any Terms Agreement) that would give rise to a valid claim against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or the Agent for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or like payment in connection with the offering and sale of the Shares.
No Commissions. The Company has not incurred any obligation for any finder’s, broker’s or agent’s fees or commissions in connection with the transaction contemplated hereby.
No Commissions. Neither the Company nor the Holder has paid or given, or will pay or give, to any person, any commission, fee or other remuneration, directly or indirectly, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
No Commissions. The Purchaser has not incurred any obligation for any finder's or broker's or agent's fees or commissions or similar compensation in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
No Commissions. Investor has taken no action which would give rise to any claim by any person for brokerage commissions, finder’s fees or similar payments by the Company or Investor relating to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
No Commissions. Neither the Company nor the Shareholders have incurred any obligation for any finder's or broker's or agent's fees or commissions or similar compensation in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
No Commissions. Neither the Operating Partnership, the Company nor any of their subsidiaries is a party to any contract, agreement or understanding with any person (other than this Agreement) that would give rise to a valid claim against the Operating Partnership, the Company or any of its subsidiaries or any Underwriter for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or like payment in connection with the offering and sale of the Notes.
No Commissions. Other than with respect to the fees payable to the Bank hereunder, neither the Borrower nor any of its Affiliates has made any agreement or has taken any action which may cause anyone to become entitled to a commission or finder's fee as a result of the making of the Loan;
No Commissions. Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, there are no contracts, agreements or understandings that would give rise to a valid claim against either of the Transaction Entities or the Agent for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or other like payment in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Sales Agreements.

The Company has not incurred any obligation for any finder’s, broker’s or agent’s fees or commissions in connection with the transaction contemplated hereby other than those fees payable to a Placement Agent pursuant to that certain Placement Agent Agreement, dated May 4, 2015, by and between the Company and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co. Ltd., such fees shall not be in excess of eight percent (8%) of aggregate capital raised in the Offering.
