No Commencement of Work. PSP shall not, nor allow any Subcontractor(s) to, commence the performance of Professional Services under this Agreement until the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements has been received and approved by TFC. However, any approval of the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements as described in Section 10.3, below, by TFC shall not relieve or decrease the liability of PSP hereunder.
No Commencement of Work. A/E shall not, nor allow any Subcontractor(s) to, commence the performance of Professional Services under this Agreement until the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements has been received and approved by TFC. However, any approval of the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements by TFC shall not relieve or decrease the liability of A/E hereunder.
No Commencement of Work. Prior to recordation of the Mortgage, no work of any kind incident to the Development (other than design and engineering work) shall have commenced, no equipment or material shall have been delivered to or stored upon the Mortgaged Property for any purpose whatsoever, and no contracts (or memorandum or affidavit thereof) for the supplying of labor or materials for the Development nor affidavit of commencement of construction shall have been recorded in the real property records of the county in which the Mortgaged Property is located.
No Commencement of Work. CMR shall not, nor allow any Subcontractor(s) to commence Work until the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements has been received and approved by TFC. However, any approval of the insurance requirements by TFC shall not relieve or reduce the liability of CMR hereunder.

PE shall not, nor allow any Subcontractor(s) to, commence the performance of Professional Services under this Agreement until the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements has been received and approved by TFC. However, any approval of the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements by TFC shall not relieve or decrease the liability of PE hereunder.

SSE shall not, nor allow any Subcontractor(s) to, commence the performance of Professional Services under this Agreement until the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements has been received and approved by TFC. However, any approval of the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements by TFC shall not relieve or decrease the liability of SSE hereunder.

PMP shall not, nor allow any Consultant(s) to, commence the performance of Professional PM Services under this Agreement until the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements has been received and approved by TFC. However, any approval of the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements by TFC shall not relieve or decrease the liability of PMP hereunder.
No Commencement of Work. CxA shall not, nor allow any Consultant(s) to, commence the performance of Professional Services under this Agreement until the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements has been received and approved by TFC. However, any approval of the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements by TFC shall not relieve or decrease the liability of CxA hereunder.
No Commencement of Work. Contractor shall not, nor allow any Subcontractor(s) to commence work until the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements has been received and approved by TFC. However, any approval of the insurance requirements by TFC shall not relieve or reduce the liability of Contractor hereunder.
No Commencement of Work. PMF shall not, nor allow any Consultant(s) to, commence the performance of Professional PM Services under this Agreement until the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements has been received and approved by TFC. However, any approval of the proof of satisfaction of the insurance requirements by TFC shall not relieve or decrease the liability of PMF hereunder.
