NO CESSATION OF WORK. 7.01 In view of the orderly procedure set out in this Agreement for settling differences respecting the interpretation or alleged violation of this Agreement, the Union agrees that there shall be no strike, stoppage or slow-down by the employees during the life of this Agreement.

The Employer agrees that there shall will be no strike, stoppage or slow-down by the lockout of employees during the life of this Agreement. The term "strike" and "lockout" shall be defined in accordance with the definitions set out in the Labour Relations Act.
