No Bundling. LICENSEE shall not market or distribute any Finished Goods or Bulk Goods that have been bundled with (a) any peripheral designed for use with the NINTENDO GAMECUBE system that has not been licensed or approved in writing by NOA, or (b) any other product or service where NOA's association or endorsement might be suggested by bundling the products or services.
No Bundling. To protect Nintendo’s valuable Intellectual Property Rights, to prevent the dilution of Nintendo’s trademarks and to preclude free-riding by non-licensed products on the goodwill associated with Nintendo’s trademarks, LICENSEE shall not market or distribute any Games or Game Discs that have been bundled with (a) any peripheral designed for use with Wii that has not been licensed or approved in writing by NOA, or (b) any other product or service where NOA’s association, approval or endorsement might be suggested by bundling the products or services.
No Bundling. LICENSEE shall not market or distribute any Finished Product or Stripped Product that has been bundled with (a) any peripheral designed for use with the GAME BOY ADVANCE system which has not been licensed or approved in writing by NOA, or (b) any other product or service where NOA's sponsorship, association, approval or endorsement might be suggested by the bundling of the products or services.
No Bundling. To protect NINTENDO’s valuable Intellectual Property Rights, to prevent the dilution of NINTENDO’s trademarks, and to avoid use of the licensed Intellectual Property Rights giving rise to any implication of NINTENDO’s sponsorship, association, approval or endorsement where this is not the case, LICENSEE shall not, without NINTENDO’s prior written approval, market or distribute any Licensed Products that are bundled with (a) any peripheral designed for use with the Nintendo DS system that has not been licensed or approved in writing by NINTENDO, or (b) any other product or service where NINTENDO’s sponsorship, association, approval or endorsement might be suggested by the bundling of the products or services.

To protect NINTENDO’s valuable Intellectual Property Rights, to prevent the dilution of NINTENDO’s trademarks and to avoid use of the licensed Intellectual Property Rights giving rise to any implication of NINTENDO’s sponsorship, association, approval or endorsement where this is not the case, LICENSEE shall not, without NINTENDO’s prior written approval, market or distribute any Games or Game Discs that have been bundled with (a) any peripheral designed for use with Wii™ that has not been licensed or approved in writing by NINTENDO, provided that LICENSEE is responsible for ensuring that any such peripheral shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Territory, or (b) any other product or service where NINTENDO’s association, approval or endorsement might be suggested by bundling the products or services.
No Bundling. Directed shall not, and shall use commercially reasonable effort to cause its customers not to, advertise, market or sell any Products as part of a bundle with any other products or services without the express written consent of Sirius, which may be withheld in Sirius' sole discretion.

No Bundling. ADVC must not bundle, package or otherwise distribute the Product with or as part of, any other product or collection of products without the prior written approval of ACT.
No Bundling. Distributor shall not condition the sale or transfer of the Product with the sale or transfer of any other product or the use of any service. For a period of one (1) year following the date Distributor commences distribution of the Vial Form (as defined in Exhibit A) of the Product, Distributor shall distribute each Vial Form of Product in separate individually boxed packaging with a separate invoice price.

SiVault shall not offer the Software Products in connection ------------- with any unrelated third party products unless specifically approved in writing by Viaquo in advance, This anti-bundling prohibition does not apply to third party software necessary to the proper functioning of SiVault's services, which may include, without limitation, biometric authentication software, transaction clearing software, and data entry and report generation software.
