No Breach. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement, nor the consummation of the transactions herein contemplated or compliance with the terms and provisions hereof will conflict with or result in a breach of, or require any consent under, the charter or by-laws of Contractor, or any Applicable Law or regulation, or any order, writ, injunction or decree of any court, or any agreement or instrument to which Contractor is a party or by which it is bound or to which it or any of its property or assets is subject, or constitute a default under any such agreement or instrument.

No Breach. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement, nor the consummation of the transactions herein contemplated or compliance with the terms and provisions hereof and thereof will conflict with or result in a breach of, or require any consent under, the charter or by-laws constituent documents of ContractorOwner, or any Applicable Law or regulationLaw, or any order, writ, injunction or decree of any court, or any agreement or instrument to which Contractor Owner is a party or by which it is bound or to which it or any of its property or assets is subject, or constitute a default under any such agreement or instrument.

No Breach. Neither None of the execution and delivery of this Agreement, nor the consummation of the transactions herein contemplated or compliance with the terms and provisions hereof will conflict with or result in a breach of, or require any consent under, the charter articles, bylaws or by-laws other organizational documents of Contractorsuch Party, or any Applicable Law applicable law or regulation, or any order, writ, injunction or decree of any court, or any agreement or instrument to which Contractor such Party is a party or by which it is bound or to which it or any of its property or assets is subject, or constitute a default under any such agreement or instrument.

No Breach. No Breach. No Breach. Neither None of the execution and delivery of this AgreementAgreement and the Notes, nor the consummation of the transactions herein contemplated or compliance with the terms and provisions hereof will conflict with or result in a breach of, or require any consent under, the charter or by-laws of Contractorthe Company, or any Applicable Law material applicable law or regulation, or any order, writ, injunction or decree of any court, regulation or any agreement or instrument to which Contractor the Company or any of its Material Domestic Subsidiaries is a party party, or by which it any of them or any of their Property is bound or to which it or any of its property or assets them is subject, or constitute a default under any such agreement or instrument.

No Breach. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement, Agreement nor the consummation of the transactions contemplated herein contemplated or compliance with the terms and provisions hereof will conflict with or result in a breach of, or require any consent under, the charter or by-laws of Contractor, or any Applicable Law or regulation, or any order, writ, injunction or decree of any court, or (i) violate any agreement or instrument to which Contractor the Company is a party or by which it is bound bound, Law, any provision of the Company’s organizational documents, or any indenture, agreement or instrument to which it the Company is a party or by which any of its property assets or assets properties is subjectbound or (ii) conflict with, result in a breach of, or constitute (with due notice or lapse of time or both) a default under any such agreement indenture, agreement, or instrument.
