No Authorized Users. Except where prohibited by law, you are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of the Card. You may not permit anyone else to use your Card. Without limiting the foregoing, if you permit another person to have access to the Card, this will be treated as if you authorized such use, and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Card according to the terms of this Agreement and other applicable law.

No Authorized Users. Except where prohibited by law, you are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of the Debit Card. You may not permit anyone else to use your Debit Card. Without limiting the foregoing, if you permit another person to have access to the Debit Card, this will be treated as if you authorized such use, and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Debit Card according to the terms of this Agreement, subject to Section XVI (Lost or Stolen Cards or Unauthorized Transactions) and Section XVII (Your Liability for Unauthorized Transactions) below, and other applicable laws.
No Authorized Users. We do not add other individuals on your Account as authorized users or issue credit cards to them. You are responsible for repaying charges, interest, and fees incurred by anyone that you authorize to use your credit card. You are responsible for any transaction, use misuse, fraud, or other illegal, prohibited use or abuse of the Account and your credit card by any person that you authorize to initiate any transaction or use your credit card. If you want to stop a person that you allowed to access or use your Account or credit card from using your Account or credit card, you must notify us immediately by telephone at 0-000-000-0000 or email at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. We may suspend access to or close your Account and issue you a new credit card with a different credit card number. You are responsible for getting any credit cards or other means of accessing your Account from the person that you allowed to use your credit card.
No Authorized Users. We will not issue an additional Charge Card to allow any other person to access the Charge Card Account. You understand that only you are permitted to use the Charge Card or Charge Card Account. If you allow another person to use the Charge Card or Charge Card Account, you will be responsible and liable for all transactions and Fees incurred by those persons even if they initiate transactions you did not authorize them to make unless you notify us in advance that the person is no longer authorized to use your Charge Card or Charge Card Account. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Charge Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
No Authorized Users. We will not issue an additional Card to allow anyone other than you to access your Account. You are the only person who can use your Card or Account. If you authorize someone else to use your Card or Account, you are responsible for all Transactions and/or fees incurred by that person, including if that person exceeds your authority, loses your card, or otherwise fails to protect your credentials. You are solely responsible for the use of your Card and Account in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You understand that only you are permitted to use the Card or Charge Card Account. If, however, any person you authorize initiates a transaction using the Card or Charge Card Account or if such person incurs a Fee in connection with the Card or Charge Card Account, you are responsible and liable for the transaction and any Fees incurred. If you permit another person to have access to the Card or Charge Card Account, this will be treated as if you authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and Fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of each Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. All employees of the Contractor, or of its Subcontractors, who shall perform under an Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the Services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All Business Entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States.   • No Unauthorized Use Provider shall not use Student Data or information in a Pupil Record for any purpose other than as explicitly specified in this DPA.

  • Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. Persons who are not currently a student, member of staff, contractor or registered user of the Institution, but who are permitted to access the Institution's information services from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution.

  • Vendor’s Authorized Resellers TIPS recognizes that many vendors operate in the open market through the use of resellers or dealers. For that reason, TIPS permits Vendor to authorize Authorized Resellers within its Vendor Portal and make TIPS Sales through the Authorized Reseller(s). Once authorized by Vendor in the Vendor Portal, the Authorized Reseller(s) may make TIPS sales to TIPS Members. However, all purchase documents must include: (1) Authorized Reseller’s Name; (2) Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and; (3) Vendor’s TIPS Contract Name and Number under which it is making the TIPS Sale. Either Vendor or Reseller may report the sale pursuant to the terms herein. However, Xxxxxx agrees that it is legally responsible for all reporting and fee payment as described herein for TIPS Sales made by Authorized Resellers. The TIPS Administration Fee is assessed on the amount paid by the TIPS Member, not on the Vendor’s cost or on the amount for which the Vendor sold the item to a dealer or Authorized Reseller. The Parties intend that Vendor shall be responsible and liable for TIPS Sales made by Vendor’s Authorized Resellers. Vendor agrees that it is voluntarily authorizing this Authorized Reseller and in doing so, Xxxxxx agrees that it is doing so at its own risk and agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold TIPS harmless in accordance with Sections 14-17 above related to Authorized Reseller TIPS Sales made pursuant to this Agreement or purporting to be made pursuant to this Agreement that may be asserted against Vendor whether rightfully brought or otherwise. The Parties further agree that it is no defense to Vendor’s breach of this Agreement that an Authorized Reseller caused Vendor of breach this Agreement.

  • Authorized Reseller A reseller or dealer authorized and added by a Vendor through their online TIPS Vendor Portal to make TIPS sales according to the terms and conditions herein.

  • Unauthorized Use Licensee, the Participating Institutions, or Authorized Users shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to access the Licensed Materials.
