Common use of No Authority to Bind Clause in Contracts

No Authority to Bind. The Consultant shall not, without the prior written consent of the Corporation, enter into any contract or commitment in the name of or on behalf of the Corporation or bind the Corporation in any respect whatsoever.

No Authority to Bind. The Consultant shall not, have no authority to obligate the Company in any manner whatsoever without the express and specific prior written consent of the CorporationPresident and Chief Executive Officer of the Company permitting Consultant to do so, enter including, without limitation, incurring any expenses or entering into any contract or commitment in contracts for the name benefit of or on behalf of the Corporation or bind the Corporation in any respect whatsoeverCompany.
