No Attachments. Except as required by law, no right to receive payments under this Agreement shall be subject to anticipation, commutation, alienation, sale, assignment, encumbrance, charge, pledge or hypothecation, or to execution, attachment, levy or similar process or assignment by operation of law, and any attempt, voluntary or involuntary, to effect any such action shall be null, void and of no effect.
No Attachments. There are no attachments, executions, assignments for the benefit of creditors, receiverships, conservatorship or voluntary or involuntary proceedings in bankruptcy or pursuant to any debtor relief laws contemplated being filed by such Seller or pending against such Seller or the Real Property or Improvements owned by it.

Customer represents and warrants that the Equipment is, and shall at all times remain, fully removable personal property notwithstanding any affixation or attachment to real property or improvements. Customer shall give Bigbelly immediate notice of any such attachment or other judicial process affecting the Equipment and shall immediately take all action necessary to remove such attachment and terminate the effect of such judicial process on the Equipment.

There are no attachments, executions or assignments for the benefit of creditors or voluntary proceedings in bankruptcy or under any other debtor relief laws pending or, to Transferors’ actual knowledge, threatened by or against Transferors or any Property Owner or, to Transferors’ actual knowledge, otherwise affecting any Property.

Suffer any attachment, whether by trustee process or otherwise, to the Mortgaged Property or any interest therein or any other collateral given as security for the Loan, in an amount greater than $100,000.00, which is not released, bonded over, satisfied, vacated or stayed within sixty (60) days.
