Common use of No Assignment or Subletting Clause in Contracts

No Assignment or Subletting. This lease may not be assigned or the LEASED PREMISES sublet during the term of this lease without the prior written consent of the LANDLORD to such assignment or subletting. The TENANT shall not transfer any ownership of TENANT without written consent of LANDLORD and will, at the request of LANDLORD provide whatever documentation is necessary to establish that TENANT is in compliance with this provision.
