No Assignment or Sublease. This Lease may not be assigned by Lessee and the Equipment may not be offered by Lessee for use or sublet to any other person or entity without Xxxxx’s prior written consent (which consent may be withheld for any reason). Any consent by Xxxxx to an assignment or sub-lease shall not release Lessee from any obligations under this Lease.
