No Assessments. To the best of Seller's knowledge, no assessments -------------- have been made against the Property that are unpaid, whether or not they have become liens.
No Assessments. Seller has received no notice of any (a) assessments against the Property that are unpaid, whether or not they have become liens, except ad valorem taxes for the current year, or (b) any change in the assessed value or basis for levy of taxes regarding the Property.
No Assessments. To the best knowledge of Seller, no assessments (other than ad valorem taxes) have been made against the Property that are unpaid whether or not they have become liens.

To the best of the Borrower's knowledge, there are no defaults in complying with the terms of the Mortgage that would have a material adverse effect on the value of the related Mortgage Loan, and all taxes, governmental assessments, insurance premiums, water, sewer and municipal charges, leasehold payments or ground rents that would have a material adverse effect on the value of the related Mortgage Loan which previously became due and owing have been paid, or an escrow of funds has been established in an amount sufficient to pay for every such item which remains unpaid. The Borrower has not advanced funds, or induced, solicited or knowingly received any advance of funds by a party other than the related Mortgagor, directly or indirectly, for the payment of any amount required by the related Mortgage except for (A) payments in the nature of escrow payments, including without limitation, taxes and insurance payments, and (B) interest accruing from the date of the related Mortgage Note or date of disbursement of the related Mortgage proceeds, whichever is later, to the day which precedes by one month the due date of the first installment of principal and interest;
No Assessments. To the Company’s and ORA’s best knowledge, there are no pending or threatened assessments, improvements or activities of any public or quasi-public body either planned, in the process of construction or completed which may give rise to any assessment against the Property or any portion thereof, including upon completion of the Project.
No Assessments. To the best of Seller's knowledge, no assessments have been made against the Property that are unpaid, whether or not they have become liens, and no impact fees or similar charges or sums are payable as result of the construction of the Improvements.
No Assessments. To Seller's knowledge there are no public improvements which have been ordered to be made or assessed, and except as disclosed in the Preliminary Commitment, there are no special, general, or other assessments pending, threatened against or affecting the Property. All installments of any pending assessments will be paid by Seller.
No Assessments. No assessments other than 1996 ad valorem taxes have been made against the Property that are unpaid whether or not they have become liens. If the Property or any part thereof shall be or shall have been affected by an assessment or assessments, made on or before the date of Closing, and that are or may become payable in installments, then for the purposes of this Agreement all of the unpaid installments of any such assessments, including those that are to become due and payable after the Closing, shall be deemed to be due and payable immediately and shall be paid and discharged in full by Seller at or prior to the Closing.
No Assessments. Boise Cascade and Oxford have not received any written notice or communication advising them of any material general or special assessment relating to the Realty and/or Timberlands that is not fully paid or which is not disclosed in a schedule to this Agreement. To the knowledge of Boise Cascade and Oxford, there are no plans by any governmental authority which may result in the imposition of any special assessment relating to the Realty and/or Timberlands.
No Assessments. The Facility has not been the subject of any assessments for work or improvements either completed or to be completed, and APS has no knowledge or belief that there is any pending or contemplated assessment or other specified tax or assessment relating to the Facility.
