No Application. Without Seller's prior written consent, until Closing Purchaser shall not make application to any governmental agency for any permits, approval license, occupancy certificate or other entitlement for the Property or the use or development thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Purchaser shall have the right to contact governmental agencies in connection with its rights of inspection to determine zoning compliance and building, environmental or other legal compliance.
