Common use of No Adequate Remedy Clause in Contracts

No Adequate Remedy. The Executive understands that if the Executive fails to fulfill the Executive’s obligations under Sections 6, 7 or 8 of this Agreement the damages to the Company would be very difficult to determine. Therefore, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to the Company at law, in equity, or by statute, the Executive hereby consents to the specific enforcement of Sections 6, 7 and 8 of this Agreement by the Company through an injunction or restraining order issued by an appropriate court, without the requirement of posting a bond in connection therewith.

No Adequate Remedy. The Executive understands that if the Executive fails to fulfill the Executive’s obligations under Sections 6this Agreement, 7 or 8 of this Agreement the Company will be irreparably and immeasurably injured and the damages to the Company would will be very difficult to determine. Therefore, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to the Company at law, in equity, or by statute, the Executive hereby consents to the specific enforcement of Sections 6, 7 and 8 of this Agreement by the Company through an injunction or restraining order issued by an appropriate court, without the requirement of posting a bond in connection therewith.
