Borrower recognizes that no remedy at law shall provide adequate relief to Lender in the event that Borrower shall fail to pay, perform, observe or discharge any of its Obligations under this Agreement, the Note or the other Loan Documents, and, accordingly, Lender and Borrower agree that Lender shall be entitled to temporary and permanent injunctive relief in any such case without the necessity of proving that it has incurred actual damages.
