No Additional Rights. Nothing in this Award Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon any person any right to a position as an Associate or continued employment by the Company or any of its Related Corporations or Affiliates or affect in any way the right of any of the foregoing to terminate the services of an individual at any time.
