No Additional Releases. This Agreement is intended to be for the benefit of the Parties only, and by this instrument the Parties do not release any claims against or by any other person or entity.

No person, class or entity is intended to be a third party beneficiary of the provisions of this Agreement for purposes of any civil, criminal or administrative action or proceeding, and accordingly, no person, class or entity may assert any claim or right as a beneficiary to this Agreement in such action or proceeding.
