No Additional Payment for Appearances. Testimony Rendered for DCS that Results from a Referral Pursuant to this Contract. When a member of the Contractor’s Staff Appears at DCS’ request, no additional payment will be made for travel to Appearance(s), time spent at Appearance(s), preparation, waiting time, or time on the stand and/or at the deposition. The Contractor’s obligation to testify shall survive both the closure of the referral for Family Preservation Services and the Contract. The Contractor agrees to cooperate with the DCS local office attorney (or other authorized representative of DCS) during case preparation. Furthermore, the Contractor agrees to be prepared for all Appearances/Testimony and acknowledges that no additional payment for the court and/or deposition time (described directly above in paragraph (4)) will be made. DCS will endeavor to schedule Appearances to accommodate the Contractor's Staff to the extent permissible by the court or otherwise.

  • Payment for Overtime 1. Except as provided in 2.C.3., below, overtime shall be compensated at one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Payment for Overtime An employee may elect, with the consent of the Company, to take time off in lieu of payment of overtime at a time or times agreed with the Company. Overtime taken as time off during ordinary time hours will be taken at the ordinary time rate, that is an hour for each hour worked.

  • Payment for Working Overtime (a) For all work done outside ordinary hours, the rates of pay will be time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.

  • Payment for TIPS Sales TIPS Members may make payments for TIPS Sales directly to Vendor, Vendor’s Authorized Reseller, or as otherwise agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement after receipt of the invoice and in compliance with applicable payment statutes. Regardless of how payment is issued or received for a TIPS Sale, Vendor is responsible for all reporting and TIPS Administration Fee payment requirements as stated herein.

  • PAYMENT FOR WORK The H-GAC Customer is responsible for making payment to the Contractor upon delivery and acceptance of the goods or completion of the services and submission of the subsequent invoice.

  • Cost of Additional Review The Design Professional shall be responsible for an initial and one subsequent review of the Submittal. Where the subsequent Submittal is not accepted due to noncompliance with the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall be responsible for payment for the additional time required by the Design Professional to complete the Submittal review.

  • Reasonable Additional Hours All hours worked over an average of 38 ordinary hours per week, will be deemed to be additional hours. All hours worked by permanent part-time employees beyond their specified number of hours will be treated as additional hours for the purpose of this subclause. From time to time, employees may be required to work a reasonable amount of additional hours. All additional hours worked will be paid in accordance with this Agreement. An employee may not be required to work additional hours in circumstances where the working of additional hours would result in the employee working hours which are unreasonable having regards to (refer to section 226 of the Act):

  • Payment of Additional Costs If termination of this contract is due to the failure of the Engineer to fulfill its contract obligations, the State may take over the project and prosecute the work to completion, and the Engineer shall be liable to the State for any additional cost to the State.

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.

  • Payment for leave (a) Payment will be made based on the number of ordinary hours the Employee would have worked on the day or days on which the leave was taken.
