No Additional Funds. If, pursuant to section A12.2(c), the Province determines that the costs to wind down the Project exceed the Funds remaining in the possession or under the control of the Recipient, the Province will not provide additional Funds to the Recipient.
No Additional Funds. For greater clarity, if the costs determined pursuant to paragraph A.13.2(c) exceed the Funds remaining in the possession or under the control of the Recipient, the Province will not provide additional Funds to the Recipient.

This is the case notwithstanding that the Project is preliminary to or a phase of a broader research project or that the Trustee was aware of an intention or desire on the part of the Grant Recipient or any other person to conduct further research related to the Project.
No Additional Funds. The Grant Funds specified in Schedule 4 are the maximum funding amount available. No additional Grant Funds will be provided by the Commonwealth to meet any expenditure in excess of the Grant Funds.
