No Additional Fees. Reimbursement to the Remington Parties of the Reimbursement Amount shall be the sole payment to the applicable Remington Affiliate with regard to a Remington Transaction. The Remington Parties shall not receive any finder’s fee, brokerage fee, development fee, or other commissions or compensation with regard to any Remington Transaction.
