No Additional Fees. Reimbursement to Manager of the Reimbursement Amount shall be the sole payment to the applicable Manager Affiliate with regard to a Manager Transaction under this Agreement. Manager shall not receive any finder’s fee, brokerage fee, development fee, or other commissions or compensation under this Agreement with regard to any Manager Transaction.
