NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. Unless expressly set forth in this Agreement or in Exhibit 5: Pricing and Financial Provisions as a responsibility of AOC, there shall be no Charges, fees, expenses or other amounts payable to Contractor for the provision of Services. Any costs incurred by Contractor prior to the Effective Date are included in the Charges and are not to be separately paid or reimbursed by AOC.
