Common use of No Additional Agreements Clause in Contracts

No Additional Agreements. The Company has not entered into any agreement or understanding with any Purchaser or other individual purchasing Shares with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby or by any of the other Transaction Documents other than as specified herein or therein. For the avoidance of doubt, each Purchaser has the same rights with respect to the purchase of Shares as each of the other Purchasers other than as explicitly set forth herein or in any of the other Transaction Documents.

No Additional Agreements. The Company has not entered into any agreement or understanding with any Purchaser Buyer or other individual purchasing Shares with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby or by any of the other Transaction Documents other than as specified herein or thereinin the Transaction Documents. For the avoidance of doubt, each Purchaser Buyer has the same rights with respect to the purchase of Shares as each of the other Purchasers other than as explicitly set forth herein or in any of the other Transaction DocumentsBuyers.
