No Access to Computer Systems or Files. Except as set forth in the Separation Agreement or the Transition Services Agreement, no provision of this Agreement shall give either Party direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of the other Party, unless specifically permitted by the owner of such systems, files, records or databases.
No Access to Computer Systems or Files. Except as set forth in the Master Separation Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, no provision of this Agreement shall give (i) any member of the RemainCo Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the SpinCo Group or (ii) any member of the SpinCo Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the RemainCo Group, unless specifically permitted by the owner of such systems, files, records or databases.
No Access to Computer Systems or Files. Except as set forth in the Separation Agreement or any Transfer Document, no provision of this Agreement shall give (i) any member of the OPC Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the CRC Group or (ii) any member of the CRC Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the OPC Group, unless specifically permitted by the owner of such systems, files, records or databases.
No Access to Computer Systems or Files. Except as set forth in the Indemnification and Release Agreement or any Transfer Document, no provision of this Agreement shall give (i) any member of the OS Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the Civeo Group or (ii) any member of the Civeo Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the OS Group, unless specifically permitted by the owner of such systems, files, records or databases.
No Access to Computer Systems or Files. Except as set forth in the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement, no provision of this Agreement shall give (i) any member of the Greatbatch Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the Nuvectra Group or (ii) any member of the Nuvectra Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the Greatbatch Group, unless specifically permitted by the owner of such systems, files, records or databases.
No Access to Computer Systems or Files. Except as set forth in the Indemnification and Release Agreement or any Transfer Document, no provision of this Agreement shall give (i) any member of the COP Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the Xxxxxxxx 66 Group or (ii) any member of the Xxxxxxxx 66 Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the COP Group, unless specifically permitted by the owner of such systems, files, records or databases.
No Access to Computer Systems or Files. No provision of this Agreement shall give (i) any member of the SLM BankCo Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the NewCo Group to access Employee Records or (ii) any member of the NewCo Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the SLM BankCo Group to access Employee Records, unless expressly and specifically permitted by the owner of such systems, files, records or databases.
No Access to Computer Systems or Files. Except as set forth in the Master Separation Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, no provision of this Agreement shall give (i) any member of the CHK Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the SSE Group or (ii) any member of the SSE Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the CHK Group, unless specifically permitted by the owner of such systems, files, records or databases.
No Access to Computer Systems or Files. Except as set forth in the Separation Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, no provision of this Agreement shall give (i) any member of the Crane NXT Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the Crane Company Group or (ii) any member of the Crane Company Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the Crane NXT Group, unless specifically permitted by the owner of such systems, files, records or databases.
No Access to Computer Systems or Files. Except as set forth in the Separation Agreement, any Transfer Document or pursuant to any other agreement reached between the Parties, generally no provision of this Agreement shall give (i) any member of the Huntsman Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the Venator Group or (ii) any member of the Venator Group direct access to the computer systems or other files, records or databases of any member of the Huntsman Group, unless specifically permitted by the owner of such systems, files, records or databases.
