No Abridgment. Nothing herein contained is intended, nor shall it be construed, to abridge or adversely affect any right or remedy of Landlord under the Lease in the event of any default by Tenant (beyond any period given Tenant to cure such default) in the payment of rent or additional rent or in the performance of any of the other terms, covenants or conditions of the Lease on Tenant's part to be performed.

  • NO ATTACHMENT (a) Except as required by law, no right to receive payments under this Agreement shall be subject to anticipation, commutation, alienation, sale, assignment, encumbrance, charge, pledge, or hypothecation, or to execution, attachment, levy, or similar process or assignment by operation of law, and any attempt, voluntary or involuntary, to affect any such action shall be null, void, and of no effect.

  • No Amendments or Waivers As of the Cutoff Date, no material provision of a Receivable has been amended, modified or waived in a manner that is prohibited by the provisions of this Agreement.

  • No Amendment Each such Receivable has not been amended or otherwise modified such that the number of originally scheduled due dates has been increased or such that the Amount Financed has been increased.
