Night Work. All monthly employees on a regularly scheduled basis with one-half (1/2) or more of the daily work hours assigned between 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. shall receive additional shift pay of five percent (5%) and shall be employed with Board approval at the differential rate. All monthly employees on a regularly scheduled basis with one-half (1/2) or more of the daily work hours assigned between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall receive additional shift pay of seven and one-half percent (7.5%) and shall be employed with Board approval at the differential rate.
