Night Shift Employees. The holiday for night shift employees whose work schedule begins on one calendar day and ends on the next will be the shift in which half or more of the hours fall on the calendar holiday. That shift will be treated as the holiday and paid in accordance with the above holiday pay rules. Holiday Credit
Night Shift Employees. (a) An employee who works any portion of his shift between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. shall recejye tha night premium for the entire sfiit* ^"Tficner hour., in addition to the employee’s straight time rate of pay.

An employee who works any portion of his shift between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. shall receive the night premium for the entire shift as follows: Twelve and one-half (12%) cents per hour through April 1, 1961, and Fifteen (15) cents per hour from April 2, 1961 through March 3, 1962, in addition to the employee’s straight time rate of pay.

Employees who work during the night shift and are required to continue work into the day shift must call contact the TPO and provide their name, vehicle information and anticipated departure to avoid being ticketed. Night shift employees who continue work into the day shift past 12:00 noon will be charged the prevailing rate for the number of hours parked after 12:00 noon.

[Employees who work during the night shift will pay one-tenth (1/10th) of the full rate and be allowed to park through 10:00 a.m.] Employees who work during the night shift and are required to continue work into the day shift must call the TPO and provide their name, vehicle information and anticipated departure to avoid being ticketed [shall not receive parking tickets if they are parked illegally because they do not have a day time parking permit]. Night shift employees who continue work into the day shift past 12:00 noon will be charged the prevailing rate for the number of hours parked after 12:00 noon.
Night Shift Employees. If employee is required to report for jury duty on a given day, he will be excused from work on the shift immediately preceding.
Night Shift Employees. A night shift employee who is called for jury duty shall upon request, receive a leave of absence, without pay, for his/her shift immediately following the completion of their jury duty. The employee shall advise the Company of their decision in this regard within twenty-four (24) hours of their notification that they are required to attend court.
Night Shift Employees. 1. In the event of the occurrence of severe inclement weather or Acts of God prior to reporting time, the Custodial/Maintenance Supervisor(s) shall notify employees if they are not to report to work.
Night Shift Employees. Hours of work for Bakery Night Shift employees shall normally be scheduled as follows: Night Crew shall have the same start times as the Grocery Department Night Crew. A portion of the staff may be scheduled to work from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.. The balance of the staff may be scheduled to work from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. or 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.. The night shift referred to herein includes a one-half (½) hour unpaid meal period.
Night Shift Employees. Where part of a Night Shift falls on a public holiday which has not been substituted for another day in accordance with paragraph 9.8.7, an Employee who works such a Night Shift will be entitled to a public holiday penalty rate for the portion of the shift falling on a public holiday and a Night Shift allowance for the remainder of the shift.
