Night Shift Allowance. Provided that, an Employee working on any rostered hours of ordinary duty finishing on the day after commencing duty or commencing after midnight and before 5.00am will be paid the applicable night shift allowance set out in Part 1 or Part 2 (as applicable) of Schedule 2C for any such periods of duty .

Night Shift Allowance. (a) This clause applies to the ranks of Senior Sergeant and below. It does not apply to Recruit Constables, Recruit Auxiliaries and Recruit Aboriginal Community Police Officers whilst in training at the NTPFES College.
Night Shift Allowance. A night shift premium of twenty-five cents ($0.25) an hour for all hours worked will be paid to all employees, other than operators, working on shifts half or more of the working hours of which are scheduled or worked between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Night Shift Allowance. 20.1. For the purposes of clause 15.11(b) of the Award, the night shift allowance payable for all employees on a Sunday night shift is 25%.
Night Shift Allowance. Where an Employee, including a part‑time Employee, in the CPP or CYF stream is required to perform shift work on a night shift commencing on or after 8:00 pm and before 6:00 am on any day Monday to Friday inclusive (except a public holiday, a night shift allowance at the rate of 20 per cent of the appropriate hourly rate for each hour of duty shall apply in lieu of the 15 per cent allowance specified at clause 35.2(a), Section I of this Agreement (Shift Work). Subject to this clause, clause 35.2(b), Section I of this Agreement, overtime continues to apply.
Night Shift Allowance. A special supplement (night shift allowance) is due to employees who work in shifts or on continuous duty and whose work regularly falls wholly or partly between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The night shift allowance is paid in addition to the regular salary. This special supplement shall amount to at least 30% of the basic hourly salary for each hour worked between 10 pm and 6 am. This special supplement shall only be paid if the provisions regarding overtime are not applicable.
Night Shift Allowance. In addition to the weekly and hourly rates outlined in the attached Appendix, a night shift allowance of $1.42 per hour shall be paid on the ordinary hours of the shift only to Employees who work the majority of their rostered hours in any given work cycle between the hours of 7.00pm and 7:00am. This will not apply to salaried personnel.
Night Shift Allowance. 16.1 Members who work regular cyclic rostered shiftwork, involving night shifts, shall be paid an allowance for each night shift worked.
Night Shift Allowance. Any Night shift which alternates with any day or afternoon shift will be paid an additional 22.5% of their ordinary rate whilst working ordinary hours.
