Night Shift. Employees who regularly work a full shift of eight (8) hours or more on night shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 (Types of Shifts), which includes four (4) hours or more between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., shall be paid their regular salary plus ten percent (10%) of their monthly salary per month, provided that in the case of any employee who is regularly assigned to night-shift work for less than an entire work week, the additional payment shall be made only for the portion of the work week worked on the night-shift assignment.
Night Shift. Employees who are required to work at least five-eighths of their normal daily tour of duty after 4:30 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. shall be paid at the rate of five percent over and above his/her normal biweekly or hourly rate of pay for the entire shift so worked.
Night Shift. 12:2.4.1 Night shift shall be between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. with all hours of work consecutive.
Night Shift. (i) Night Shift is any shift where the normal ceasing time is later than midnight but prior to 8.00 a.m.
Night Shift. The additional loading/allowance/penalty for Night Shift shall be 100 per cent more than the normal ordinary time rate applying to the Employee’s classification level.
Night Shift. If a third shift is employed, the hours of work shall be seven (7) hours of work between the hours of 12:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. for which eight (8) hours shall be paid and a shift premium of fifty cents (50¢) shall be added on to the classified hourly rate.
Night Shift. A work day assignment which begins at 10 p.m. or later but before 4 am shall be compensated on the basis of $95.00 per month.
Night Shift. When the majority of hours on an employee's assigned shift fall between the hours of 11:00p.m. and 7:00a.m. inclusive, he will be considered as working on the night shift.
Night Shift. Where a third shift is employed, the hours of work will be seven (7) for which eight (8) hours will be paid, plus a premium of seventy cents ($.70) per hour. There will be a thirty (30) minute lunch period.
Night Shift. The regular working week shall consist of not more than forty (40) hours of work to be performed during the regular shift period except where a shorter work week is established in accordance with Section (e). A regular shift period shall consist of not more than eight (8) hours of work to be performed on Monday to Friday inclusive of each week (exclusive of the vacation period and holidays) between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. with one-half hour for lunch which is to be taken between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m.
