Night rate. An employee whose normal hours of duty fall between 2000 hours and 0700 hours will be paid at time one quarter of the normal hourly rate of pay (T0.25) in addition to normal salary for all hours which so fall provided that:
Night rate applies to ordinary hours of duty (other than overtime) that fall between 2000hrs and until the completion of a rostered night duty from midnight Sunday/Monday to midnight Friday/Saturday and shall be paid at quarter time (T0.25) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay.
Night rate. (a) An Employee will be paid at T1/4 times the ordinary hourly rate in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay for all hours worked between 2000 hours and 0730 hours. In addition, an allowance of $25.00 per shift shall apply to employees who work the night shift.
Night rate applies to ordinary time (other than overtime) when employees working between the hours of 8pm and 6am (from midnight Sunday/Monday to midnight Friday/Saturday) shall be paid at one quarter (T.25) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay for hours worked within this time period.
Night rate. 5.5.9.1 Night rate applies to ordinary hours of duty (other than overtime) that fall between 7.00pm and 6.00am) from midnight Sunday/Monday to midnight Friday/Saturday and shall be paid at quarter time (T0.25) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay.
Night rate. An employee whose normal hours of duty fall between 2000 hours and 0600 hours will be paid at a rate of pay in addition to normal salary for all hours which so fall at a rate that is to be calculated on the ordinary time hourly rate as provided for in the table below: Application Span of Hours Additional Rate All employees except Wellington SCL 2000 hours to 0600 hours T 0.5 Wellington SCL employees 2000 hours to 2200 hours T 0.25 Wellington SCL employees 2200 hours to 0600 hours T 0.5 6.5.2 Night rate is not to be paid when overtime is being worked or a penal rate/duty allowance is payable.
Night rate. Employees working the PM and Night Shift between the hours of 8pm and 6am (from midnight Sunday/Monday to midnight Friday/Saturday) shall be paid at one quarter (T.25) in addition to the ordinary hourly rate of pay for hours worked within this time period. Effective from 1 September 2022 employees working between the hours of 8pm and the completion of a night duty shall be paid at time and one quarter (T.25) in addition o the ordinary hourly rate of pay for the hours worked within this time period.
Night rate. (i) Rostered ordinary hours of work between 2100 and 0700 the next day shall be paid at one and one quarter (1¼) times employees’ ordinary time rates of pay for each hour worked. For the avoidance of doubt, overtime rates of pay shall not be paid on or in addition to night rates of pay.
Night rate. (a) Subject to the provisions of (b) below, full time and part time staff working at night, who receive no other special compensation specifically for this work, are to be paid a penal rate for T¼ additional to salary for all ordinary hours of work between the hours of 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. (including weekends). Penal rates will be additional to night rates but will be calculated on the ordinary time hourly rate.
Night rate. Full and part-time employees working at night, who receive no other special compensation specifically for this work, e.g., extra annual leave (but not extra leave for shift work which is a separate entitlement) are to be paid a penal rate of T1/4 additional to salary for all ordinary hours of work between the hours of 8.00pm and 6.00am (including weekends). Penal rates will be additional to the night rate but will be calculated on the ordinary time hourly rate. The minimum payment for night rate shall be 2 hours even if the part of the shift which falls between the hours of 8.00pm to 6.00am is less than 2 hours.
