Night Duty. The night duty differential shall be 8%. To be eligible for the night duty premium, employee must work at least one (1) hour of their shift hours between 5 p.m. to 7 a.m.; those employees voluntarily participating in an authorized flextime program shall be exempted from said night duty premium.
