Night Duty. 259. Employees shall be paid eight percent (8%) more than the base rate for each hour worked between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. provided that the employees’ regular shift includes at least one (1) hour between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., except for those employees participating in an authorized flex-time program and who voluntarily work between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. 260. Employees shall be paid ten percent (10%) more than the base rate for each hour worked between the hours of midnight (12:00 a.m.) and 7:00 a.m. provided that the employees’ regular shift includes at least five (5) hours between the hours of midnight (12:00 a.m.) and 7:00 a.m.

Employees who, as part of their regularly scheduled work shift, are required to work any hours between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. shall receive a premium of eight and one-half percent (8.5%) per hour in addition to their straight time hourly base rate of pay for any and all hours worked between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.

Employees shall be paid eight-and-one-half percent (8.5%) more than the base rate for each hour regularly assigned between 5:00 p.m. and midnight (12:00 a.m.) if the employee works at least one (1) hour of his/her shift between 5:00 p.m. and midnight (12:00 a.m.), except for those employees participating in an authorized flex-time program and who voluntarily work between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and midnight (12:00 a.m.). Shift pay of 8.5% be shall paid for the entire shift, provided at least five (5) hours of the employee's shift falls between 5:00 p.m. and midnight (12:00 a.m.).
Night Duty. (a) Employees who are not relieved from night duty (and on-call) during the rostered meal break will be granted a meal break of not less than 20 minutes, to be commenced after completing three hours and not more than five hours of duty. Such meal break will be counted as time worked.

NIGHT DUTY EMPLOYEES shall be paid eight and one half (8.5%) more than the base rate for each hour actually worked between 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (swing), except for those employees working a normal shift in excess of eight (8) hours per day that requires work between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. Employees working at least five (5) hours of their regular shift between 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. shall receive the 8.5% differential for the entire shift. Night shift premium shall be paid only for days and hours actually worked, as set forth above, except for statutory holidays and vacation days.
Night Duty. 18. Night duty is any work performed after 6 p.m. or prior to 6 a.m. Operators shall be paid eight percent (8%) more than the base hourly rate for work performed during night duty hours.

Any shift immediately following a regular day shift or commencing during any period of a day shift shall be considered a night shift, and employees working on such shift shall be paid ten percent (10%) above the regular day shift as set forth herein. A subsequent shift shall be known as a midnight shift and shall be paid fifteen percent (15%) above their regular day rate. The employer shall give at least one (1) weeks’ notice to the employee of the change of shift work. There shall be no shift change made to avoid holiday pay.

Night Duty. B4.1.5(b)(i) The period of night duty to be worked by an employee must not exceed eight weeks in any six monthly period. These provisions may be varied by agreement with the employee and will not apply if the employee is required to perform duty to enable the nursing service to be carried on in an emergency or when another employee is absent from duty because of illness.
