NIGHT BONUS Sample Clauses

NIGHT BONUS. For night work a bonus of NOK 75,- is to be paid per hour worked during the period exceeding the daily working hours (cf. section 3.1). Bonus is not to be paid for hours paid for by overtime payment pursuant to section 5.2 (work exceeding 12 hours per 24 hours). The bonus is a compensation for all inconveniences in connection with this form of working hour's arrangement, including time required for conferences between employees in connection with shift changes. The employee shall not leave his place of work before he is relieved and the relief has been informed about the work situation.

NIGHT BONUS. Employees, other than regular shift employees, who work during the hours p.m. and
NIGHT BONUS. With regard to night work, the provisions of the Workers' Statute shall apply. Staff whose normal working hours are between 22:00 hours and 06:00 hours shall receive this night differential in accordance with the amounts set out in the attached salary tables.

  • SHIFT BONUS 7:01 A day shift shall be a shift that commences after 4:30 a.m. and at or before 10:00 a.m. on the same day.

  • CHRISTMAS BONUS 16.01 All part-time employees on the payroll of the Company as of December 1st in any year who have completed six (6) months' continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to a Christmas Bonus of fifteen ($l5.00) dollars payable on or before December 15th.

  • Sick Leave Bonus For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.

  • Vacation Year The vacation year shall be April 1 to March 31, inclusive.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Salary and bonus ii. Awards of stock, stock options, and stock appreciation rights. Use the dollar amount recognized for financial statement reporting purposes with respect to the fiscal year in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123 (Revised 2004) (FAS 123R), Shared Based Payments.

  • Part-time Vacation Pay If the Employer currently has the computer systems’ capability to implement bi- weekly vacation pay, they shall do so by the start of the next vacation year or earlier. Those Employers with no computer capability will endeavour to implement bi- weekly vacation pay if there is no significant administrative burden, by the start of the next vacation year or earlier. If the Employer does not so implement, it will provide reasons in writing to the Union. Where possible without extensive programming changes, the amount of vacation pay will be separately identified on the pay stub.

  • Holiday Pay A. On each of the holidays designated above, each full-time employee scheduled to work but permitted to take the day off shall receive pay computed at the employee's basic hourly rate for the number of hours the employee was regularly scheduled to work.

  • Vacation Pay (d) Paid Union leaves. All other payments, premiums, allowances etc. are excluded.
