Common use of NFFE Clause in Contracts

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations, and also includes any Non- U.S. Entity that is resident in [FATCA Partner] or other Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Singapore or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Finland or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an a FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident in [FATCA Partner] organized under the laws of Switzerland or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Belgium or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] The Bahamas or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Estonia or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] India or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the British Virgin Islands or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “"NFFE” " means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] India or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the United Arab Emirates or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Slovenia or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Guernsey or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Hungary or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Anguilla or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Australia or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the Republic of Belarus or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] New Zealand or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the Cayman Islands or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Serbia or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the Slovak Republic or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident in [FATCA Partner] the Netherlands or other established in another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an a FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident in [FATCA Partner] organized under the laws of Switzerland or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Poland or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident in [FATCA Partner] Canada or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] San Marino or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the Macao SAR or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Bermuda or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Malta or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the Hellenic Republic or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Jersey or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Guyana or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Korea or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Thailand or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Viet Nam or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the Isle of Man or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the HKSAR or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Saint Lucia or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Bulgaria or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the Commonwealth of Dominica or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Luxembourg or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Cabo Verde or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Liechtenstein or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the Republic of the Philippines or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Curaçao or other established in another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] France or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Kuwait or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the Turks and Caicos Islands or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the HKSAR or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Mauritius or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Montenegro or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Antigua and Barbuda or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Romania or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] the Dominican Republic or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Turkmenistan or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Saint Kitts and Nevis or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Cambodia or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Israel or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Gibraltar or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Portugal or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

NFFE. An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury RegulationsRegulations or is an Entity described in subparagraph B(4)(j) of this section, and also includes any Non- Non-U.S. Entity that is resident established in [FATCA Partner] Croatia or other another Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.
