News. DR shall broadcast a minimum of 5601 hours of news programmes2 a year on television between 17.00 and 24.00. During that period there must be at least one main news programme. In addition, news programmes must be provided across the range of pro- grammes and across the week. DR shall launch a news channel on the Internet during the contract term. DR shall provide news – based on the Danish news profile - in the languages most commonly used by resident immigrants and refugees, such as English, Arabic, Somali, Urdu, Turkish and southern Slavic, at least to the same extent as in 2005 on DAB, teletext and the Internet, etc. Educational programmes and services DR shall broadcast educational programmes and services. Special emphasis must be placed on promoting further education as a supplement to elementary schooling and youth and adult education, and on focusing on the current themes of general education. DR must pay particular attention to the use of all technological platforms, including the Internet, for educational programmes and services. Children and young persons During the contract term, DR shall enhance its activities in relation to children and young persons by broadcasting programmes and making new services available on the existing radio and television channels and any other relevant media platforms. DR shall provide high-quality TV programmes and information services for children and young persons, focusing on Danish language content. DR shall enhance its performance within the area of radio and television for children. This is the first step in comprehensive learning programme aimed at CFSI will undertake activities and provide services leading to material assistance for newly recognized refugees and asylum seekers. Counselling and other social services will help ensure psychosocial well-being. CFSI will also provide legal and technical services aimed at ensuring that the refugees and asylum seekers are able to exercise their rights and achieve durable solutions in a timely manner. Voluntary repatriation to the country of origin and naturalization in the Xxxxxx- xxxxx are the most likely solutions. Those refugees eligible for naturalization will be assisted by CFSI to integrate into the Philippine economy through the organization of language and skills training activities that will enhance their prospects for employment and self-reliance.
