New York Role for HTP Packages. New York shall support the delivery of the HTP in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein including cooperation with the Parties, as requested by GDC or its SEP. New York may elect to perform its obligations under the Agreement through an agency or instrumentality of New York. New York shall provide prior written notice to the Parties of such election.
